  They are a good bank. But they could have more tellers open during the late afternoon when everyone gets off of work. Otherwise they have always been helpful.

  I called to have someone go over my account with me because I was showing a different balance on my checkbook. The manager (Sam) that I spoke with right off the bat was extremely rude. My account had been in perfect standing for over 8 months and he treated me as if I was a customer that constantly over drafted and called in for credits. Well were closing our account tomorrow, maybe US Bank can use some of those overdraft fees your company collects and have a class for your employees to have better customer service skills.

  I only wanted to open a new checking acct. with funds from an existing ReliaCard account. This quickly became too difficult for Karla Linares to accomplish. She couldn't get the temporary card to work. She couldn't seem to spell my name correctly though she was looking at it on my driver's licence. She asked questions for her forms and couldn't remember my answers long enough to write them down. She interrupted our business to chat with a fellow employee. When she couldn't figure out how to transfer the funds she became very emotional. She then put me on the phone with a person who had no idea what sort of transaction we were trying to do and who then turned me over to another who wanted me to verify numbers I did not have while all the while Karla Linares was yapping in my other ear. You would think that a person whose only "skill" is in filling out a few simple forms, could get it right .At least she could have been pleasant about it. I fear they will loose my money.I have written Steve Dale senior VP about this. WHAT A ZOO
